Your support term starts on the Monday of the week your first live call is booked.
24 hours notice is required to reschedule a live call. Cancellation less than 24 hours may not be able to be rebooked. All live calls must be booked and take place within the 8-week term. Any calls that were not booked within the 8-week term will not be rolled over.
You can use the app access as and when you need to. Your time investment with this level of support is dependent on what you need and this may differ for you each week. What's important here is that you are scheduling time for you to reflect and take action. There is an expectation that you are the initiator inside the app whenever you feel most inspired. Gemma will provide a tailored response within 24 hours or after the weekend.
The duration of the live calls can be up to 50 minutes per session.
You can join a live call from any device that supports zoom. It is important that the live calls are scheduled for a time when you will be undisturbed, and that you take any necessary actions to ensure minimal disruption.
Yes. The design of this service and the inclusion of high level app access to Gemma is so that we can get you results regardless of where you are in the world. You can process your thinking at anytime inside the app. However, Gemma will respond within daytime hours in the timezone she is in, within 24 hours. Do act promptly to secure your live call bookings for the full term, especially if you are on the other side of the world.
The quickest way to have your questions answered is by sending me a DM on Instagram - @gemmarosepeacock - I find voice notes to be the most effective method of being understood, so do feel free to voice note your questions if you'd like to.

To make the most of your leadership seat, prepare in a way that allows you to be fully present and engaged in the call. Minimise your disruptions, protect this space you've chosen for yourself and come with what you want to get out of the session. Bring what makes you feel most comfortable, your journal (or pen and paper) a drink and anything that helps you to ground.
When on zoom, I can give you permission on zoom to record if you'd like this option and the recording will automatically save to your computer. Do state you'd like this option at the beginning of each call.
What you won't get in this program is just more information and leaving without having taken action. This is a leadership space you're being invited into, one where we are all equal and co-creators. This is where you take up your leadership seat and are proactive in making the most of this support. What you will get from this approach is an open, inclusive, safe space to get your needs met and be supported to take the necessary actions you feel you need to in order to create your desired outcome.
