Who is Gemma Rose Peacock?

With a background in leadership, social change and advocacy, including a few award nominations along the way, I’m here to help people and communities thrive.

 

My work is rooted in re-indigenisation, reconnecting to my Celtic ancestry across Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall and England. My people wore the Campbell of Argyllshire tartan — as I do now — people of mountain, mist and endurance. Remembering their earth-based ways of leading reminds me what it means to walk with integrity, alliance and care.

 

Now, as Tangata Tiriti in Aotearoa, I honour my responsibility to live and lead in partnership, equality and collective tautoko (support). I believe leadership isn’t about titles or positions. It’s about how we show up.

 

My role is to help people reconnect to their own clarity, courage and truth, and to nurture the grassroots leadership that already lives within them.

 

These five audio conversations are an offering to rebuild self-trust. Too many brilliant people doubt what they already know deep within. It’s time we changed that.
