Since 2013, I’ve been walking alongside grassroots leaders, disruptors, and everyday people ready to take the lead in their lives - often quietly and against the odds.

My work has spanned sectors, communities, and systems, but the baseline has always been the same: supporting change-driven people to get clear, get grounded, and move in a way that’s real, aligned, and unshakably theirs, not living up to someone else's.
